The global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. They work closely with internal stakeholders to design the company's advertising policies, implement content review processes, and more. As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ad experience for the community.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead a high-performing team that manages advertising policy for the LATAM region. Additionally, this role will be responsible for people mentorship, including talent development, team/organizational design, and performance management
2. Develop regional advertising policy strategies that align with global policy framework while incorporating local nuance and feedback from regional stakeholders
3. Collaborate with the global Operations team and other internal stakeholders to improve and maintain feedback loops from front end policy enforcement activities to policy design
4. Partner with cross-functional teams including other Policy leaders, Sales, Product, Risk Control and Legal to develop new advertising policies and enforcement criteria
5. Build processes and structures to enable scale & effective operationalization of ad policies across multiple markets

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
2. 2+ years people management experience with a proven track record of managing a high-performing team
3. Experience in online advertising regulations, policies, risk prevention, and management
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
5. Experience using data to determine process improvements
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Fluent in Portuguese and English

Preferred Qualifications
1. Previous experience working with international partners across multiple markets and timezones
2. Fluent in Spanish
