The **Human Resources Manager,** reporting to the Director of Human Resources, Americas, is responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation within human resources for the business units supported. This person will promote and implement human resource values by planning and managing human resources programs; in accordance with the Director’s guidance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide guidance to management and staff on employee relations issues, interpretation of company policies, procedures and guidelines
- Advise managers on discipline issues, terminations, participate and help manage the performance review processes, and performance improvement plans
- Responsible for ensuring all mandatory reports are filed or distributed (EEO-1, Summary Plan Description, etc.) with direction from Director.
- Support in maintaining knowledge of federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Help recommend, design, and implement HR policies and procedures; prepare and maintain handbook on policies and procedures.
- Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
- Participate in developing organizational strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction.
- Other applicable duties assigned.

**Experience**: Required
- 3 year(s): Experience in HR, preferably within a consulting environment
- Ability to work in a fast-growing hard-working environment
- All around team player with a work hard, play hard mentality
- Detail-oriented, high-energy individual who can multitask well
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment with a high degree of flexibility
- Travel required up to 10%
Preferred
- Previous Benefits Administration and Enrollment experience preferred
- Degree preferred - PHR/SPHR preferred
**Education**: Preferred
- Bachelors or better in Human Resource Administration or related field
