**Responsabilidades**:

- Responsável por fazer entrevistas com usuários, compilação das informações, sugestão de soluções, criação de rascunhos a serem validados com stakeholders e a versão final do design, em alta fidelidade, para que o time de tecnologia possa desenvolvê-lo;
- Entrevistas e dinâmicas com usuários;
- Sugerir soluções a serem discutidas com o time;
- Criar rascunhos para tangibilizar melhor a solução (baixa fidelidade);
- Validar as soluções com stakeholders e usuários;
- Prototipar a versão final das iniciativas em alta fidelidade no Figma;
- Acompanhar as áreas de negócio para identificar possíveis problemas e oportunidades;
- Participar de cerimônias de acompanhamento diário, refinamentos e retrospectivas.

**Requisitos**:

- Formação acadêmica em Análise de Sistemas ou correlatas;
- Conhecimento de diferentes padrões de design e tipos de dispositivos;
- Conhecimentos básicos de design thinking, processo ágeis, experiência do usuário e heurísticas de usabilidade;
- Experiência em design systems;
- Atuação com ferramentas de prototipação (aqui usamos o Figma);
- Habilidades com dados (analytics), como métricas de satisfação, métricas de performance, heatmaps etc;
- Desejável experiência prévia em startups early stage ou ambientes inovadores/não tradicionais.
