**Role Overview**
As a** T**ech Lead**, you will drive the technical vision and execution of a new MVP B2B platform for virtual card issuing and management. The architecture will be API-first, serving as a unified gateway for partner integrations. You will define architecture decisions, mentor the development team, and ensure the platform meets business and technical requirements for scalability, security, and reliability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define system architecture and API design, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Select tools and approaches within the chosen tech stack.
- Decompose tasks for developers, review code, and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide technical input and consultation for business requirements.
- Implement best practices for high-load systems, distributed architectures, and asynchronous data processing.
- Ensure system security and compliance with OWASP standards.
- Write and review key backend modules (API, integrations).
- Mentor developers and foster engineering excellence.
- Contribute to infrastructure design and external system integrations.
- Collaborate with product managers on sprint planning and task estimation.

**Requirements**:

- 7+ years of commercial development experience with PHP and Go.
- Strong knowledge of system architecture (DDD, Clean Architecture, Hexagonal/Onion).
- Hands-on experience with high-load, distributed systems, and high availability design.
- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Laravel Octane, Fiber/Echo, gRPC + Protobuf.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK/Loki, Prometheus, Sentry, Jaeger).
- Experience with automated testing, profiling, and code quality practices.
- Familiarity with Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence) and remote team collaboration tools.
