Job Description Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Align talent acquisition strategies with Mastercard’s talent agenda.
  • Design, plan, and coordinate talent acquisition efforts, ensuring scalability across regional and global activities.
  • Executes marketing and branding talent acquisition strategies (e.g. timed social media postings, segmentation-driven visuals), and collaborates with Communications to achieve designated objectives
  • Follows talent acquisition specific processes and systems

All About You

  • Experience and familiarity supporting talent acquisition for Latin America & The Caribbean markets.
  • Track record delivering hiring results that meet business needs and expectations
  • Experience in one of the Tier 1 Strategy Consulting firms
  • Fluent in English is required, Spanish is desired
  • Bachelor Degree.
