SAP’s Datasphere team is looking for an experienced front-end senior software engineer to help us build out a robust knowledge graph management platform. As an established developer, you will be responsible for end-to-end feature development from requirements, design, and development of software components across global deployments at scale. The primary areas of technology this team works with are Java, TypeScript, Semantic Web, and Kubernetes.

**ROLE INFORMATION**:

- As a senior developer, you will be working with Architects, Product Managers and other developers to deliver key enhancements and features in the SAP Datasphere product.
- Tasks would include design, coding, testing, and quality assurance of complex product features.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, UX Designers, and QA engineers.
- Help build POCs and research possible technology choices.
- Develop test plans and write unit tests wherever needed.
- Play an integral role in the entire software development lifecycle including participation in design sessions, defining functional requirements, working with development teams, and testing.
- Full stack contributions welcome
- All team members are exposed to DevOps workflows as part of solution delivery.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Sound knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals such as Object-Oriented Design Principles, Data Structures, Algorithms, Database, Operating Systems.
- Experience in developing, debugging, and deploying software on large scale with production quality.
- Strong professional hands-on experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and front-end frameworks
- Comfortable resolving complex issues within own area of expertise and supports others in resolving issues.
- Enhances skills beyond own core functional focus and works on other tasks for the benefit of the team.
- Has advanced knowledge of development processes and product standards.
- Good communication skills.
- Advanced English level is required
