- Missão do Cargo
- Responsável pelo planejamento, controle e execução das operações de logística de pessoal, nacionais e internacionais, até o destino final atuando em conformidade com nossas politicas de viagem.
- Descrição do Cargo
- Realizar as programações de embarque e desembarque de pessoal junto aos sistemas e programas vigentes.
- Assegurar que os requisitantes sejam atendidos dentro do prazo e com qualidade pelos fornecedores credenciados, obedecendo sempre a política de viagens do Grupo.
- Atuar junto as redes de hotéis, locadoras de automóveis, de forma a garantir da logística de pessoal adequada as nossas atividades.
- Prospectar novos fornecedores com foco no binômio Preço x Qualidade para adequação aos budgets dos projetos da empresa.
- Conhecer os serviços oferecidos a fim de orientar o requisitante para a otimização da utilização dos mesmos.
- Conhecer o sistema de Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente da TechnipFMC, realizando suas atividades de acordo com a política, normas e procedimentos aplicáveis à sua área/projeto/site, assim como influenciar suas partes interessadas.
- You are meant for this job if:

- Curso Técnico em logística, mecânica, elétrica ou eletrotécnica.
- Desejável experiência com logística de pessoal, SAP, solicitação de transporte, reserva de hotel e etc.
- Pacote Office avançado (Excel e Sharepoint).
- Gostar de atendimento e ter boa comunicação é essencial.
- Local: Base Cabiúnas, Macaé, Rj.
