Cloud Program Manager, Google Cloud Professional

**Minimum qualifications**:

- 5 years of experience in delivering material digital cloud transformation projects to global organizations.
- Experience in Program Management, Client Service, or Management Consulting.
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time as needed.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience working with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and customer base.
- Experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Experience leveraging quantitative assessment and analysis for decision-making and prioritization.
- Understanding of the broader cloud marketplace and the differentiators in offerings along with the ability to work in ambiguous situations and define a path to resolution.
- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.

As a Cloud Program Manager you will specialize in the program management, governance, and orchestration of large scale cloud engagements. This will involve supporting both our customers and internal teams delivery and execution of our programs. You will anticipate and assess cross-program issues throughout the entire project lifecycle. You will develop solutions to problems that are open-ended or lacking clear precedent.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. **Responsibilities**:

- Lead the program management of multifunctional Google cloud Professional Services projects, covering program planning, delivery assurance and verification, tracking and reporting, financial forecast and management, and risk and mitigation planning.
- Manage the risks, issues and actions for accounts and track them to meet expected outcomes and timelines, building mitigation plans as the program evolves.
- Manage the delivery quality of the delivery teams and resources when needed.
- Organize project requirements into clear goals and objectives, and break down large projects/processes into sub-projects and sub-processes that could be executed by other teams or partners.
- Define the resourcing requirements and overall governance model for the account, create required content for key internal and external governance meetings, and establish a cadence to manage its regular communications/ongoing delivery.
