Senior Tech Lead, Software Engineering, Black

**Remote location(s): Brazil.**
**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field (e.g., Engineering, Software Development, System Design), or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in software development with one or more general purpose programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, JavaScript, Go, etc.).
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- 6 years of experience in a technical leadership position.
- 5 years of experience managing a team of Software Engineers.
- Experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems, APIs used by other developers, Search Ranking systems, or Machine Learning systems.

**Responsibilities**:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
- Collaborate on scalability issues involving access to data and information.
- Manage individual and team priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
