Business Process Engineering (BPE) is a cross asset and multidisciplinary team within Engineering CIB which goal is the transformation and optimization of the operational processes with three main targets: improve customer experience, efficiency and reduce operational risk. **About the job**: We are seeking to incorporate someone to lead the BPE CIB Brasil team, committed to participate in the design and definition (and continuous improvement) of the key business and support processes that will enable the creation and gradual growth of the new BBVA franchise in Brasil. Management/Process Engineering /Consulting/ Corporate & Investment Banking roles. - English Speaker, desirable Spanish and Portuguese as a second language. **Skills**: Analytical Thinking, Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR), Change Management, Collaborating, Design, Process Engineering, Teamwork
