**Key Account Manager**

**What’s the role?**

You will be responsible for ensuring our aftermarket initiatives in LATAM and Mexico are connected to the global account strategy and contribute to ensuring our team is successful in delivering to the organization. You will need to help develop, drive, and track key performance initiatives to increase volume and enhance unit margin while ensuring activation of key strategic opportunities to drive customer value beyond lubricants.

You will be responsible for managing key OEM account stakeholders and coordinating plans with local sales and marketing teams to ensure we are exceeding our contractual commitments and driving incremental long-term value for Shell. You will also need to navigate relationships with important distributors and partners.

Imperative you ensure delivery on our commitments and ensure a sharp commitment and focus to customer goals and objectives. Specifically, this includes:

- Ensuring our global strategy is executed in LATAM and Mexico
- Developing opportunities beyond lubricants (focus on sustainability, digital, connected car, etc.)
- Ensure flawless execution among local teams and distributors; effectively communicating results to the customer
- Cultivating and managing key customer and distributor relationships to ensure mutual agreed targets and accountabilities
- Effectively monitor financial delivery to ensure targets are being achieved

**_ What we need from you - _**
- You must have legal authorization to work in the Brazil on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
- You must have minimum of 3 years of working experience in any work related
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Has strong track record of delivering results, and developing new opportunities
- Sales and Marketing experience with premium successful execution and results
- Track record of developing and implementing enhanced customer value propositions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to gain consensus and alignment
- Has an excellent negotiation skills and ability to work across various functions and LoB’s
- Ability to navigate complex customer environments to improve processes and operational imperatives.
- Experience and success working with MD’s and local teams
