**Job Summary**

Position located in Canoas/Brazil, but can be remote. Senior Analyst level.

In this job function as information technology (IT) professionals serving as technical assistance and participate in or perform a variety of analytical and technical assignments that provide for problem diagnosis and solutions documentation, implementation, support, and maintenance of a variety of hardware, software, and network products in an information technology infrastructure environment..

**Job Responsabilities**
- SAP Basis Administration including analysis of the SAP system log, monitoring of processes, analysis and clean-up of update terminations, analysis and clean-up of lock entries and checking for ABAP dumps.
Print Management including maintaining printers within SAP software, analysis of faulty output requests, reorganization of the SAP spool system, provisioning and set-up for pre-printed forms and troubleshooting of spool and print problems within the SAP system.
- Interface Administration including the production, administration and running of batch input sessions.
- Monitor, administer, analyze and reorganize IDoc’s, interface documentation and testing and documentation of interface restart scenarios.
- SAP Database Management including the set
- up of the DB2 and HANA databases required for each environment, the creation of a suitable back up regime, ensuring suitable restore processes are in place and practiced. Managing the technical side of Central User Administration.
- SAP XI including the installation of adapters provided by SAP and external partners, configuration of the required system connections to partner systems and activation of basic XI monitoring.
- Extended monitoring and monitoring of queues, configuration of adapters, examination of incorrect messages and archiving of messages.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in computer science, IT, engineering or equivalent
- Solid knowledge and experience of SAP Basis and related SAP components
- Good understanding of Network technologies
- Fluency in English is mandatory, good communicating and understanding skills
- Knowledge of Linux, SAP Hana, Java, DB2
