Business Support Analyst

Duties and responsibilities

Quotation

Prepare and maintain the necessary documentation for payment support.
Proactively build relationships with key stakeholders.
Gather any required documentation for business processes.

**Sales**:
Provide daily support to the Sales team.
Manage and track approvals and signatures for commercial documents (Clients ASP).
Organize and maintain contracts, coordinating their approval process.
Ensure proper filing of contracts and liaise with the partner Law Office.
Handle the sending and retrieval of contracts and other business-related documents to HCI and HCP when needed.
Act as the primary point of contact for executive

Communication

Act as a central point for various communications to employees from different departments.

Procurement

Manage the purchasing process using iBuy.
Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers.
Maintain contact with suppliers, creating and updating their profiles in the system.
Coordinate the purchase of cell phones and phone lines from the provider Claro (including the approval and contract/addendum signing process).
Coordinate procurement activities.

**Other duties**:
Provide logístical support for internal and commercial events.
Arrange national and international shipments.
Take charge of office-related matters.
Handle equipment requests for the office.
Manage the onboarding process for new employees.

Education, experience and skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. Engineering will be accepted as well.
2-4 years of experience in Sales Support.
Proven experience in providing business support and coordination.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication (English, Portuguese) and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools. Office 365, BI.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
