**Job Description**:

**Responsibility Statements**:

- Executes established benefits processes and seeks guidance from Sr. Analyst.
- Triages, researches, and responds to participant issues. (i.e. eligibility, calculation errors, and service delivery)
- Triages and research system issues to confirm adherence to requirements.
- Reviews benefit reports and acts as needed.
- Performs peer review on work completed by other peers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
