We are searching for the best talent for **Sr IT Manager **to be in **São Paulo **.

**Purpose:
**The IT Operations is a strategic role, that will be responsible for leading high-impact initiatives across J&J Technology teams.

This area is strategic for the successful implementation of Global, Regional TS initiatives as well as business projects, ensuring E2E management and achievement of business outcomes and contributes with its experience and expertise to other JJT areas on the deployment of their initiatives, leveraging resources with knowledge on J&J processes, people, and environment, which allows speed up the deliveries.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Agile Center of Excellence- Implement the journey from agile coach to Chief of Staff for Agile Chapter
- Deciding on/recommending changes to organizational structure and policies
- Creating a sense of urgency for change
- Coaching teams and leaders
- Providing educational resources across the organization,
- communicating successes
- Consolidating and disseminating learning from experience in TS organization
- Developing/customizing fit-for-purpose frameworks, processes, policies, and tools
- Evaluating and recommending collaboration and coordination tools
- Measuring the progress of HPT transformation, and
- measuring the impact of the transformation in TS

PMO - Project Management Office
- Program vision and blueprint development management for App Dev and Infrastructure regional projects
- Establish frameworks and standards for program and project Management Manage and compile program related financial and KPI information
- Oversee project costs and ensure finances are well managed
- Manage global projects rollout in the region

Vendor Management
- Facilitate and maintain relationships between TS organization and vendors/partners
- Influence in negotiating contracts
- Vendor performance and quality (KPI and standards)
- Speed up vendor onboarding process

Finance Management (Controller)
- Implement data driven mindset for the area
- Planning, directing and coordinating all accounting operational functions
- SOWs management
- Restructuring of our GL accounts
- Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated Technology Services results
- Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements.

Quality Management
- Oversee the quality team that is responsible for implementing and executing inspection and evaluation methods to ensure that product
