Service & Operations legal department works very closely with the Service & Operations department to ensure that the operations and processes are aligned with Vestas Group contract and risk management policies.
- Providing legal counsel/support in areas related to the business.
- Ensuring regulatory and compliance activities on the organization's products and business activities are conducted ethically and in compliance with relevant regulations, laws and standards.
- Structuring, drafting, evaluation and negotiating and/or approving legal contracts, letters of agreement, policies and other documents.
- Managing contracts with customers, vendors, suppliers, partners, or employees (contract drafting, execution, and analysis, negotiation of the terms and conditions)
- Representing/advocating for organization in litigation, arbitration, mediation or other disputes.
- Ensuring the legal compliance of the contractual clauses taking into account global, local, regional legal frameworks and guidelines.

**Qualifications**
- Law degree
- Demonstrable experience (minimum 3 years) in general commercial law
- Fluent English and Portugues and English, written and spoken (desirable but not exclusive Spanish)

**Competencies**
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving
- demonstrable experience in contract drafting, review and negotiation
