**Your Profile**
- Manage and coordinate engineering and maintenance activities, ensuring the execution of services in accordance with established safety, quality, and deadline standards.
- Monitor the performance of engineering and maintenance teams, promoting continuous training and providing technical support whenever necessary.
- Plan and manage investment projects (CAPEX), from conception to delivery, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements.
- Lead and develop the engineering and maintenance team, fostering a collaborative, motivating, and high-performance work environment.
- Evaluate team performance, provide constant feedback, and identify development and training needs.
- Ensure clear, effective, and assertive communication between the engineering and maintenance teams, other departments within the company, and senior management.
- Prepare and control the engineering and maintenance budget, ensuring the efficient use of financial resources.
- Monitor and generate performance reports, proposing continuous improvements in operations.

**Mandatory requirements.**
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Engineering
- Fluent in English **(mandatory)**:

- Experience with improvement processes
- Experience with SAP system
