You support our team as

**Operational Excellence Intern**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Support and promote problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization, utilizing practices and tools from the Lean6Sigma methodology;
- Assist in the planning, execution, critical analysis, and conclusion of operational excellence projects under the guidance of immediate management;
- Identify and develop opportunities for innovation in the management of performance indicators and organizational development, aiding timely decision-making;
- Contribute to studies and definitions related to expense planning (OPEX) and investments (CAPEX).

**Qualifications**:

- Typically academic degree and relevant work experience
- Currently pursuing higher education or technical studies in Engineering/Mechanical, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Availability to intern for 2 years;
- Intermediate English is a plus;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
