**Role description**
- Understood and guide the creation of Test Scenarios based on the Requirements.
- Responsible for creation of test designs, test processes, test cases and test data.
- Carry out testing as per the defined procedures.
- Participate in walkthroughs of testing procedures.
- Prepare all reports related to software testing carried out.
- Ensure that all tested related work is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures.
- Identify automation opportunities.
- Curate and manage the data required for executing the test scenarios.
- Setup and execute test scenarios or support the Functional Teams for the execution of Test Scenarios.
- Report on the progress of test execution. Capture the test evidence following the Quality guidelines.
- Record issues (defects).

**Qualification and Experience Details**:
ServiceNow Functionalities Knowledge (CSM, FSM, ITSM, ITBM)

Agile Methodology experience

Quality Assurance expertise

Be able to support multiple activities in the testing lifecycle

Scrum Master experience

Ability of understanding of records and test documentation requirements

Ability for managing test cases, test execution and recording and reporting test results

**Skills**:

- ** **Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.**:
