We are Ada Tours Brazil and Latin America, we are a tour operator based in Rio de Janeiro. Our company was founded in 2007. We operate across South and Latin America, we are focused on tailor-made trips. We offer unique experiences to our clients singles, FITs, groups, and MICE. We have an international and enthusiastic team who is always eager to share their knowledge.

**Stellenbeschreibung**:
During your internship you will have very diverse tasks among the sales and marketing departments:
Marketing activities: Putting together presentations efficiently to show the offers we have and how our services stand out from competitors. The presentations will also allow you to get to know more about our products and services as well as gain more knowledge about geography in the area we operate in.

Tour operating activities: You will provide quotes to clients and answer them with proposals that fit their requests.

Coordination activities: Contact hotels to make sure everything is ready for the clients prior to their arrival.

Route description writing: When making a program you will have to describe the tours and activities that the clients will do, you will be writing and describing them in a way that appeals to the clients and puts an emphasis on the uniqueness of the offers we have

Itinerary calculations: Get rates from suppliers to establish quotes for our clients

Air tickets issuance: Issue tickets for our clients and provide them with all the needed information to depart.

Communication with customers and suppliers: You will communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide proposals that fit their requests, to do so you will need to contact suppliers. Contacting existing suppliers as well as new suppliers to extend our portfolio and provide even more diverse services.

**Anforderungen**:
Be enrolled in a tourism degree at a university level or have recently graduated.

You must have great conduct of professional English, be organized, and be able to set priorities accordingly.

It is a strong plus if you know Portuguese, Spanish, or Russian.

Showing your motivation is highly valued as well as being proactive and being able to take initiative to complete tasks.
