**In this position, you will be responsible for**:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Designers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment focused on continuous learning.
- Strengthen the design culture across the company by implementing processes, methodologies, and standards that enhance the quality and impact of our work.
- Guide the team in creating intuitive user experiences (UX) and flawless user interfaces (UI) for our web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure an integrated workflow and effective cross-functional communication.
- Conduct and oversee user research, usability testing, and market analysis to inform design decisions and identify new opportunities.
- Propose and lead major transformation projects, encouraging new approaches and solutions to platform challenges.

**What we expect from you**:

- Proven senior-level experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your impact on complex projects.
- Solid and proven experience in leading and managing design teams, with a focus on team development and engagement.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and familiarity with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
- Familiarity with project and team management tools such as Jira.
- Strong knowledge of UX (User Experience) and UI (User Interface) principles, usability, information architecture, design systems, responsive design, and mobile apps.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire both the design team and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to translate business needs into effective design solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
