About the job

All the tasks are for the Cluster, which means, for the 3 countries, Brasil, Chile and Argentina

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Perform Daily Sales Report / Reconciliations between the systems, liaising with Sales Teams, IT etc in case of any issue ensuring the integrity of Sales Reporting data between the several systems
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal processes, Corporate reporting requirements and policies
- Conduct the Planning together with the Head of Sales, including the Budget, Forecast live for Sales, Discounts and Costs
- Manage and execute weekly, monthly & quarterly reports and ad-hoc analysis for Sales Management, Finance and other key stakeholders
- Make monthly and ad-hoc reports KPIs related to sales
- Make Store Evaluation Process (Financial Viability Review) for New Stores and Contract Renewal

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

- University degree/ Education, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, any other related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience in analytics, data reporting and Sales KPI´s
- Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
- Advanced Excel
- Experience working with ERP SAP
