**The Opportunity**
Manage a global product marketing team to achieve annual sales growth and lead the development of the product strategy.

**What You Will Do**:
As **Marketing Manager **, your accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Perform sales and operation planning each month to align customer demand to factory production plans.
- Lead our product strategy and drive new product development to satisfy global customer needs.
- Deployment of product training with our global dealer network.
- Ownership of our social media content and marketing calendar.
- Manage the day to day work of a global team along with their career development.

**What Skills You Will Have**:
**Leadership**:Knowledge of leadership practices and processes; ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives while having a long-term perspective of the future state of things and

how to get there.

**Customer Focus**:Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.

**What you will have**:

- **Education and Experience**:Bachelor degree
- **Language**:Advanced English

**What You May Have**:

- S&OP and forecasting (preferred)
- New product introduction/development (preferred)
- Industry and/or dealer direct working (preferred)
- Construction equipment sales or operation (preferred)

**Additional Information**:
Travel requirement: up to 50% (global)
