Our Product Support - Customer Experience Portfolio organization is looking for a Support Associate to join the Partner Development Infrastructure (PDI) team to work with customer customizations via SAP Applications Studio (based on MS Visual Studio) and support Cloud for Customer (C4C) and SAP Business ByDesign (ByD) customers globally.

In the PDI team you will have the opportunity to learn a vast range of technical topics. Are you up for the challenge?

**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**
- You will help delight SAP partners and customers by analyzing and resolving known errors
- You will do it by means of Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), solved customer incidents, documentation, or verifying customized entries
- You will share knowledge by creating KBAs, discussing solutions with colleagues, and participating in forums
- You will learn a lot of technical and business topics through training sessions, mentoring, and e-Learning trainings
- When needed, you will report errors to development teams
**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- University degree complete or close to graduation in IT/Computer Science, Engineering or related areas
- Knowledge of Object Oriented programming languages (for example, Java, C#)
- Knowledge of Web Services technologies: WSDL, SOAP, XML
- Ability to work under pressure
- Availability to work 50% of the week on late shift (2pm -11pm), occasional holidays and weekend with advance and rotational scheduling

Nice to Have:

- Knowledge of ERP/ CRM process
- Knowledge of document creation.
- Knowledge of UI framework (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)
- Spanish skills
**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- Experience working with technical support via different channels (chat, message, phone, etc.)
- Experience dealing with escalations and critical cases
