**Role Objective**:

- Vaga de Assistente de Contratos
- Objetivo: Suporte ao time jurídico e QA Legal.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Analisar, conferir e corrigir as cláusulas dos contratos comerciais e de fornecimento garantindo que estejam em conformidade com as minutas padrões vigentes.
- Analisar, conferir e corrigir as informações no sistema de gestão de parceiros, visando garantir o compliance da informação e a mitigação dos riscos legais por erros operacionais.
- Realizar recebimento de processos judiciais mediante cumprimento do tramite interno.

**Key Requirements**:

- Ensino Superior Cursando ou completo (sem registro definitivo na OAB)
- Essencial conhecimento jurídicos (processuais judiciais e contratos) e vivência profissional de no minimo 1 ano
- Boa redação e comunicação verbal
- Excelente relacionamento interpessoal
- Elevado nível de organização e atenção aos detalhes.

**Desired Requirements**:

- Possuir inglês ou espanhol será um diferencial.
