**ESTÁGIO EM **FACILITIES** MANAGEMENT**

**Resumo** da Função**:
O time de Facilities é responsável pela gestão da manutenção predial, infraestruturas e coordenação de espaços, visando a segurança e bem estar de colaboradores, visitantes e fornecedores.

Auxilia diretamente o gestor de facilities com todas as demandas e rotinas administrativas do departamento, realizando o controle de custos mensais, provisões de orçamentos e autorização de pagamentos.

**Atividades de Estágio**

(dividida em 4 partes - atividades diferentes ou acrescimo de atividades a cada 6 meses)

Entender os processos internos para criação de ordens de compras, pagamentos e interagir com os departamentos de compras e financeiro.

Suportar o time de Facilities nas autorizações de pagamentos dos fornecedores e controle documental para atendimento das auditorias.

Suportar o time de Facilities na gestão dos indicadores (KPIs) dos fornecedores fixos e identificação de pontos de melhorias na prestação de serviço.

Suportar o time de Facilities no controle de custos mensais para realização dos relatórios de variância.

**Qualificações/Requisitos**:

- Cursando Administração, Economia, Engenharia de Produção ou correlatas
- Pacote Office / Outlook
- Inglês iniciante/intermediário
- Disponibilidade para estagiar presencial por 02 anos, 30h semanais
