We’ve built a powerhouse marketing team (video editor, paid ads manager, website designer, and more). Now, we’re looking for you — the creative spark to tie it all together.

**Your Mission**

We're looking for a highly skilled **Organic & Paid Media Marketing Specialist** to drive our brand's digital presence. You'll be the creative force behind our organic social media channels while also serving as the tactical expert for our paid advertising efforts on platforms like Meta and Google. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who can tell compelling stories, build an engaging community, and use data to fuel business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Paid Advertising**: Plan, launch, and manage high-performing ad campaigns on **Meta Business Suite** and **Google Ads**. You'll handle audience research, A/B testing, and budget optimization to maximize our return on investment.
- **Social Media Management**: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy. This includes creating and scheduling engaging content (posts, stories, reels), managing our content calendar, and fostering a strong online community.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both organic and paid efforts. You'll analyze campaign data, provide actionable insights, and refine our strategy for continuous growth.
- **Trend-Spotting**: Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates, proposing new content formats and strategies to keep our brand fresh and relevant.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Proven experience creating and managing successful ad campaigns on **Meta Business Suite** and **Google Ads**.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or content marketing.
- A deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creative storytelling.
- Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
