We are looking for a Strategic Foresight Manager to help us reimagine medicine and bring innovation to create new assets to the healthcare system.

This role will work directly with the area: IM: Value & Access

**Key responsibilities**:

- Conduct an in-depth analysis of the healthcare system and pharmaceutical industry, including market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
- Use quantitative and qualitative research methods to collect data and forecast future scenarios relevant to the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and risks, develop strategic initiatives, and align them with business objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in healthcare and pharmaceutical technology, policies, economics, and sociocultural factors to assess their potential impact.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external stakeholders, industry experts, thought leaders, and academia to expand knowledge and leverage collaborative insights.
- Present research findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, facilitating informed decision-making processes.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as healthcare management, business administration, economics, strategic foresight, or similar.
- Proven experience in strategic foresight, scenario planning, future analytics, or strategic consulting.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, statistical software, and forecasting techniques is desirable.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including knowledge of clinical practices, healthcare delivery models, regulatory frameworks, and health technology advancements is desirable.
- Fluent in English.

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Fluent in Portuguese.
