**What we are looking for**:
Manage activities of South America NPI Purchasing team related to components sourcing, granting Quality and Delivery requirements as well as specific activities for introduction of new products. For this position, the focus is leading the team to reach the expected results and interacting with the other areas of the organization.

- Engineering Degree (mechanical, production or materials)
- KPI management, discipline and communication are essential
- English advanced
- Knowledge in Project Development PMO
