**Global Process Expert (GPE) Purchase-to-Pay**

**Contagem-MG (Temporary - 6 months)**

**Role description**

RHI Magnesita has embarked on a journey to become a genuine process-based company. One of the most important elements of any process-based company is the role of Global Process Experts (GPEs), as they will be responsible for development, documentation, implementation / change management, performance management and improvement of business processes.

RHI Magnesita has established the following five end-to-end processes:

- Attract to Grow (AtG)
- Market to Order / Order to Cash (MtO / OtC)
- Plan to Make (PtM)
- **Purchase to Pay (PtP) and**:

- Record to Report (RtR)

**Responsibilities of a Global Process Expert**:

- Subject Matter Experts that provide in-depth knowledge and expertise in the PtP E2E area;
- Identify and analyse customer requirements;
- Develop, document, implement and improve processes (activities, variants, roles, controls, change mgmt.);
- Pilot improvement initiatives related to pain points, aligned with corporate priorities and stakeholders;
- Monitor and evaluate process performance metrics to identify areas for further improvements;
- Foster cross functional collaboration to ensure that processes are integrated across the organization;
- Support the Global Process Owner to develop the process strategy and performance targets.

**Skills & experience required**:

- Global process expertise in the E2E Purchase-to-pay process;
- Very strong stakeholder management and change management experience with experience in process transformation;
- Knowledge of process management methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma);
- Strong execution focus and working with SLAs;
- System knowledge and experience: SAP MM/SD/FI, SAP Ariba, Tangro;
- Preferably experience with SAP Signavio;
- Very strong communication skills across all hierarchy levels to connect areas and able to identify and raise operational pain points, risks and opportunities for improvement;
- Global mindset to allow to work across multiple cultures;
- Advanced English is mandatory;
- Completed graduation in Finance, Administration, Accounting and related areas;
- Available to **temporary position - 6 months**.
