**About the team**

The purpose of this role is to learn, support and ensure local Argentinean Payroll activities besides other regional activities. This role acts in accordance to policies and legal regulations described in defined documents and applied locally.

**What you’ll do**:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Latin America Centralized Payroll Services

Location: São Paulo, Brazil

**In this role, you’ll**:

- Support the Payroll SMEs in the Regional Payroll organization and also following the DMT (Data Management Team) and Payroll guidance for payroll controls
- Execute monthly Argentinean payroll reports
- Execute onboarding payroll sessions; learn and support local, regional and global Payroll projects.

**Who you are**:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Currently studying Business Administration, HR, Economy, Accounting, or related courses.
- Fluent in Spanish is a MUST
- Intermediate English and Portuguese is a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Must have good accuracy and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Academic and/or professional communication skills; both written and verbal
- Flexible and adaptable
