**Vessel Technical Superintend**

**Job description**:

- We seek professionals with previous experience in DP2 ship maintenance (who have worked in the ship maintenance area or as officer / chief engineer), maintenance of motors / generators, thrusters, dynamic positioning systems, cranes and other engine room / ship equipment.
- Experience in managing people, schedules and budgets.
- Planning of intermediate and class docking tasks and scopes.
- Assembling/developing maintenance plan in asset management software.

**You are meant for this job if**:

- University degree: Naval Engineering, Mechanical or Nautical Science (STCW III/2);
- Expertise in asset management software and office package;
- Expertise in national and international standards, codes and guidelines (NRs, IMCA, IMO, SOLAS, ISM, ISPS...)
- Fluent English
- Quick reaction and problem solving capacity, proactivity - ability to prevent problems, organization, excellent communication skills, leadership and team development, emotional intelligence, availability for travel/shipping, flexibility and resilience - work under pressure.
- Possibility to work in Rio de Janeiro
