**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**
- Successfully conduct design workshops and discovery sessions with customers and various SAP teams
- Actively participate in calls with customers, product owners and architects to understand specific business processes and requirements
- Create deliverables such as wireframes, user journeys, flow diagrams, mock-ups and click-through prototypes
- Follow lean UX principals to iterate on solutions and produce high quality, intuitive and UI designs
- Work closely with the architects and developers to design and build a solution according to customer requirements
- Work within a global team and successfully manage multiple teams in parallel

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Degree in Interface Design, Industrial Design, Media Design, Human Computer Interaction or related fields.
- Knowledge of design software such as Figma, Sketch, UXD, Illustrator, Flinto, Photoshop etc.
- Proficient with rapid UI prototyping tools such as Invision, Axure, Marvel and SAP Build
- Extensive understanding in user-centered design processes and design thinking required
- Customer interaction skills, ability to prioritize software requirements, identify reusability and hence provide acceptable work-around to customers.
- Self-motivated, open minded, resourceful, agile and pragmatic.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).

**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- Professional experience as UX Designer
- Previous experience with agile development methodologies is highly valued
- Experience in working on large development or implementation projects is a plus
- Experience with cloud native solutions is a plus.
- Experience with SAP Fiori as design language is beneficial
