**As a Social Media Manager you will**:

- Develop and execute data-driven **social media strategies** aligned with company goals, ensuring collaboration with the creative agency.
- Manage and optimize the **social media calendar**, ensuring timely, engaging, and platform-optimized content across Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Oversee **organic social media campaigns**, focusing on brand awareness, audience engagement, and community-building.
- Use analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media campaigns across different channels. Report on key metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversions. Leverage data to optimize the content and social media strategy and improve performance over time and create monthly performance reports.
- Lead the **influencer marketing strategy**, managing partnerships with ambassadors and content creators to enhance reach and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze **growth, engagement, and sentiment metrics** using tools like Sprout or Brandwatch to optimize content strategy.
- Work closely with **marketing, CRM, and sponsorship teams** to ensure social media efforts align with broader business objectives.
- Stay on top of **social media trends, viral content, and emerging platforms** to ensure innovation and real-time engagement.

**What you will bring**:

- Extensive experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital strategy, preferably in sports, gaming, or entertainment industries.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media (Master's preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in **creating and executing social media strategies** with a strong focus on engagement and audience growth.
- Hands-on knowledge of **social media management tools** (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Brandwatch) and **analytics tools** (Google Analytics, native platform insights).
- Experience managing **influencer collaborations** and leveraging them for content amplification.
- Strong writing and communication skills with an ability to craft **engaging, platform-specific content**.
- Ability to **adapt quickly to trends**, manage real-time social engagement, and oversee crisis communication when needed.
