About the Team
The team is responsible for designing the integrated marketing and promotion strategy for the whole e-commerce platform, end customers and merchants to drive business success by win-win cooperation.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Build and manage the social presence of TikTok Commerce;
2. Engage with the community around TikTok Commerce;
3. Work closely with different commerce teams to create B2B communication strategy
4. Build new B2B cases to be presented to sellers and potential sellers
5. Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-function teams

**Qualifications**:
1. 3+ years of experience in marketing; including community/social management and B2B content (like business cases);
2. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
3. A good team player, fast learner and open to changes;
4. Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving;
5. Passionate about the e-commerce industry, sensitive to market trends and merchandise selection;
6. Familiar with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred;
7. Strong knowledge of live streaming would be a plus.
