**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
- 5 years of experience interfacing with executive levels.
- Experience driving customer digital transformations using cloud-based solutions (IaaS/PaaS), as well as managing agreements across Engineering, Sales, Support, Professional Services and Distributed teams.
- Experience in designing services architectures for delivery of multi-year customer engagements across multiple parties and cross-functional teams.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience in Consultancy or Professional Services organizations.
- Knowledge of foundational cloud technologies.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish fluently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**About the job**:
As a Google Cloud Consulting Pursuit Lead (PL), you will connect Google Cloud Consulting Services with our customers, helping them to achieve their business goals. You will understand customer's business needs and translate them into service strategies, leveraging Google Cloud Consulting and our partner ecosystem.

You will work alongside customer teams to align custom standalone and multi-phase program opportunities, including training, support and potential alignment with cross-PA solutions. They define the services strategy with the goal to de-risk and accelerate Customers’ GCP adoption journey. You will build, foster and manage customer relationships at executive level, building trust and helping closing complex deals. You will also have to travel up to 50% of the time domestically and internationally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the services business process taking customer use cases from lead to delivery.
- Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the development of the implementation strategy for GCP Customers including funding mechanisms. Partner with cross-functional teams.
- Position the value of Google Cloud Consulting (GCC) to customers by pitching an overall services strategy and lead negotiations for PSO SOWs, including scope, deliverables, outcomes, financials (margin, incentives), and terms.
- Work with external Google Cloud Platform delivery partners in a presales capacity. Develop an aligned PSO/Partners Strategy.
- Manage holistic services sales book of business inclusive of opportunity management, prioritization, and maintaining the pre-sales GCC pipeline and PSO booking forecast, driving growth, etc.
