**JOB OBJECTIVE**:

- The Staff Accountant Felow contributes to the day-to-day accounting activities for LATAM.
- The incumbent works cross-functionally with internal departments and external resources on accounting related issues.
- The Staff Accountant Felow supports adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as appropriate.

**TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Help review in the accounting classifications.
- Assist in the preparation of journal entries for monthly / quarterly closing
- Assist in the accounts receivable routine.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Performs other tasks and assignments as needed and specified by management. This includes, but may not be limited to, some procurement activities (review requisitions, create POs, create vendors), participation in special projects or ad hoc analyses as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Fellow must be a recent university graduate
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Advanced English level (reading, writing and speaking)
- Spanish knowledge would be a differential
- Excellent written, verbal, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with strong working knowledge of excel, including writing Macro’s and data manipulation
- Superb attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
