PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:
Application specific solution consulting (IBP Implementation: According with SAP Methodology : Explore, Realization, Deploy, Go live support, and Post go live support)
Support in escalated projects
Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews
Support of pre-sales activities

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
Taking over responsibility from time to time as a sub project team leader
Takes responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasks
Detailed planning of process implementation
Define detailed blueprint for development requirements
Develop and Assure quality of process models
Demonstrating profound knowledge of modeling standards and tools

Takes responsibility from time to time as a Solution Advisor for Customer to support their implementation

Takes responsibility from time to time as an IBP Architect to deliver Value Assurance services for on going project and system adoption

Good and clear communication to all levels (C-levels, Executives, etc)

Takes responsibility from time to time to deliver project implementation proposal

WORK EXPERIENCE:
Functional Experience
Has experience with minimum of 4 (four) full cycle implementations
Good understanding of cross industry and specific planning business processes
Has performed at least one feasibility study
Understands the Business Process Library approach and is contributing to it
Deep Knowledge in IBP tools: IBP for Sales and Operations, IBP for Demand, IBP for Response and Supply, IBP for Inventory, IBP Supply Chain Control Tower, Integration of Master Data and Transaction Data via CPI-DS and SDI.
Knowledge in SAP APO (SNP, PP/DS and G-ATP) and S4 Hana (ePP/DS and aATP) will be consider as differential

Regional experience will be consider as differential

Deep knowledge in Supply Chain Planning process, APICS certification will be consider as differential

DDMRP basic concept knowledge will be consider as differential

Managerial Experience
Takes responsibility from time to time as a sub project leader
Acts as a coach for colleagues

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
University degree or equivalent work experience
English: Fluent
Spanish: Professional

Travel:
Available to travel in Latin America
