Our Immigration Intern helps the team to support corporations and private clients successfully complete the relevant immigration process so that they are able to live and work around the world.
The Newland Chase Team and our customers come from different cultural and nationality backgrounds and this adds to the variety and diversity of our work. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete records.
- Support the preparation of reports, and other documents.
- Working with ERP software.
**TEAMWORK**
- Personal involvement with seminars, webinars, internal and external networking events etc.
- Guiding and training junior team members in identifying and assessing client risk.
- Shows genuine interest and concern for colleagues.
- Effectively manages individual/team time by prioritizing, identifying, and addressing critical tasks, while remaining flexible to changing priorities.
- Working with professionalism, honesty, and integrity maintaining confidentiality at all times, and modeling the company values.
**REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Actively working towards a Bachelor’s or Masters in Business Administration or International Relations.
- Proficiency with computers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Brazilian Portuguese, and English.
