**DESCRIPTION**:
Premium Hub CoE (Center of Expertise) is part of the delivery teams of our Customer Services & Delivery. The team is responsible to delivery Premium Engagement services for key account customers in Latin America and around the globe.

In Premium Hub CoE we follow the global team model designed to ensure efficient cross-region consistency and employee development quality of delivery customer expectations and overall satisfaction.

To meet the challenging requirements as ALM Consultant, you should be a quick learner with strong Leadership, analytical skills, be creative, open-minded and possess the ability to communicate and convince others of the current plan of action based on the technical and functional facts and details.

It will be your responsibility to act as the lead driver for regular services delivery.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor degree or coursing Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering;
- High-level understanding of SAP Technologies, such as S/4HANA, SaaS products, BTP, and the different deployment models;
- Past experience with development would be a plus.

**SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**:

- Good Soft Skills, to negotiate and present at both technical and executives with customers;
- Organized, self-oriented and efficient work style;
- Eager to continuously acquire new skills and study new technologies and solutions;
- Creativity to come up with new ideas to implement innovation/AI in our services and solutions.

**TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION**:

- Knowledge on concepts of programming and development, being able to come up with Proof of Concepts;
- Understanding the concepts on Agile Methodologies and SAP ACTIVATE for S/4HANA projects;
- Fundamentals of SAP Business Technology Platform and its services;
- English language: mandatory proficient spoken and written as we will be supporting customers in all Americas region and around the globe. Intermediate Spanish would be a plus;
- Past experience with ALM Solutions such as Signavio, Tricentis Suite, Solution Manager or SAP Cloud ALM would also work for your benefit.
