**Responsabilidades**:

- Definir, implementar e liderar processos de identificação de riscos, perigos para determinar recursos necessários, medidas de controle e ações de mitigação;
- Gerir e monitorar os indicadores de EHS através de Dashboard de Power BI;
- Realizar a gestão dos dados do Gensuite (Sistema de Gerenciamento EHS do Corporativo);
- Realizar auditorias internas baseadas em requisitos legais e requisitos corporativos;
- Conduzir investigações de incidentes com base na classificação do evento, identificar as causas com metodologia adequada de análise de causas raízes para prevenir recorrência de incidentes;
- Conduzir e acompanhar a gestão de treinamentos referentes às normas de saúde e segurança e requisitos internos da organização;
- Suportar a CIPA e Brigada de Emergência;
- Elaborar de Procedimentos de Segurança e Análise de Riscos.

Qualificações básicas:

- Formação de Técnico de Segurança com registro no Ministério do Trabalho
- Experiência e sólido conhecimento em práticas e padrões de segurança da indústria
- Inglês Intermediário
- Power BI Intermediário
- Perfil analítico para lidar com dados de EHS (estatística, apresentações corporativas, etc)
- Domínio do pacote office
