Nowadays, we're on the hunt for a dynamic _Legal Counsel_

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a _Legal Counsel_ who’s confident navigating complex legal terrain with a calm, clear approach. In this role, you’ll support teams across the business with practical, timely advice on commercial contracts, licensing, marketing compliance, and more. You’ll use your legal know-how to reduce risk, support strategic decisions, and help keep our operations smooth and compliant. **Responsibilities**:

- Offering practical, no-nonsense legal advice on all things corporate, commercial, employment, and IP.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts that make sense - and make business better.
- Together with our Compliance team, you’ll help keep our licences in check across the Casumoverse.
- Using AI tools to work smarter, not harder (we like that).
- Supporting teams with supplier contracts and making sure our marketing stays on the right side of the law.
- Keeping an eye on changing laws and sharing the need-to-knows with the right people.

**Requirements**:

- A law degree and at least 2 years’ experience under your belt (law firm or similar).
- A solid grasp of corporate and commercial law.
- A clear communicator who can bridge legal expertise and practical business needs.
- Detail-driven, organised, and able to keep calm under pressure.
- A team player who’s great at building trust and connections.
- Fluent in English - extra languages are a bonus
- iGaming experience? Nice to have, but not essential.
