Job Summary:
Flowserve is looking for a talented and competent Production Assistant who will be responsible for organizational processes and the early and correct entry of all orders and their changes.

**Responsibilities**:
Processing order confirmations from preparation to completion.

Acquisition of documents and entry of the corresponding order after submission of the order preparation in the Oracle system with all related schedules

Maintenance of customer data in the ERP system for pump services

Creation and administration of statistics for management

Customer Satisfaction Survey - Management

Registration of order changes in the ERP system with all associated agendas

Organization of trips, various reservations for customers, visitors and employees

And any other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
Mechanical or Electrical Technician and/or 2 years relevant experience.

Experience in the entire back-office management area.

Good knowledge in office package (Word and Excel)

Experience in Oracle or ERP Systems

Basic knowledge of bookkeeping

Good communication skills and ability to work independently

Initiative, good communication and collaboration with other departments.
