Retailer Engagement Analyst

**About this Job**

We are looking for a Retailer Engagement Analyst (Python) to join our Data Acquisition Team. As Retailer Engagement Analyst you will ensure that the consumption data received from online Retailers meet our quality parameters before being uploaded to the platform for data ingestion.

Additionally, you will be responsible for onboarding, setting up, uploading, and monitoring all data (all types) into the ingestion platform and other input platforms. This role is also responsible for the cleaning, classification, and verification of received data, managing metadata, troubleshooting, and handling client inquiries.

**Responsibilities**
- Support all Data Acquisition teams, Retail Suppliers Compliance, and Management specialists for any requests around data quality testing, for new or prospective Suppliers.
- Run Quality checks and provide feedback on sample data as requested.
- Responsible for sending and contacting retailers to verify data queries or store queries (e.g missing addresses etc), providing analysis, and handling the communication related to Client inquiries.
- Understand the data format agreed with the online Retailers as per the contract and complete setup on Ingestion or any other Input platform.
- Data cleaning, verification, and classification as needed, uploading the received files to the platform.
- Troubleshooting with the online Retailers in case of the data is not in the agreed format or any other issues with data upload such as file issues (type/ location/ special characters etc.).
- Ensuring data receipt as per schedule, following the escalation process if the data is not received on the agreed date in the desired format, and engaging with the Retailers in case of data not received on time or other quality issues.
- Regularly update online Retailers KPIs on data timeliness and Quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree.
- Python and SQL Knowledge (Interpretation of code is an essential skill, and programming is a desirable skill).
- Experience dealing with large amounts of data (TBs) - troubleshooting data issues, with an understanding of various data and file formats.
- An advanced level of English.
- Experience handling inquiries from clients or internal stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret different data structures and mapping.
- Excellent organizational skills & ability to strictly follow schedules.
- Flexibility to work according to local time zones, following holidays of the countries supported.
