We are hiring the best talent for **Accounting Jr Analyst **to be located in **Sao Paulo (Relocation Not Applicable / Applicable) **.

**Purpose**

Support auditors and legal authorities with the execution of required activities. Understand, adhere to, and execute worldwide policies and procedures. Identify compliance risks and recommend solutions. Ensure strong internal controls are in place, to achieve “adequate” internal and external audit ratings

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Executing accounting and daily operations for Legal Entity Accounting, specifically for the completeness and accuracy of IFRS Accounting, working closely with the Country Tax Centers (CTC). This includes but is not limited to recording the statutory ledgers and maintaining accuracy of parallel ledgers (if applicable), focusing on ensuring the correct tax accounting and liaison / coordination with internal and external audit teams
- Timely closing & execution of financial periods as per closing calendar and in accordance with SLA commitments, fully observing Compliance, Internal Audit & SOX requirements
- Accountable for completeness, accuracy and validity of the actuals reported within process/entity scope
- Deep expertise, fully knowledgeable of the Worldwide Procedures and compliance requirements for respective areas
- Generate ideas, foster, and implement continuous improvement mindset, identifying and pursuing process efficiency opportunities
- Execute global Strategy & Solutions in line with taxonomy
- Support Process Subject Matter Experts (SME's) and Operational Key Contacts (OKC's) to ensure cross sector, cross region, and cross process alignment, ensuring good documentation is maintained and consistency of a global approach

- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 1 year of minimum experience in a similar position is required.
- Intermediate MS Excel knowledge is required.
- Intermediate English knowledge.
