**Sobre o desafio**

Procuramos por profissionais que sejam apaixonados por inovar, que possam disseminar conhecimento e criar ferramentas de inovação para companhia, sendo as principais atividades:

- Utilizar de maneira estratégica as diferentes ferramentas do design thinking para alcançar o objetivo do projeto em questão;
- Realizar entrevistas qualitativas e quantitativas com stakeholders internos e externos do cliente;
- Analisar os insumos e material da imersão para geração de insights;
- Planejar e realizar dinâmicas com clientes e usuários;
- Criação de jornadas, personas, blueprints;
- Interação com as áreas de negócio;
- Mapear requisitos para a construção de um produto;
- Desenvolver apresentações do trabalho desenvolvido para áreas de negócio.

Necessário que a pessoa tenha tido contato algum com projetos de produtos digitais, metodologias ágeis, diagnóstico de problemas, abordagem design thinking, service design e prototipação de ideias.
- Conhecimento básico da teoria em Design Thinking;
- Familiaridade de processos de pesquisas com usuários e clientes;
- Boa habilidade de comunicação interpessoal com usuários e companheiros de time;
- Facilidade de trabalho em equipe;
- Habilidades Gráficas;
- Criação de conteúdo (Vídeos, Apresentações, Materiais de Treinamento, Planos de Engajamento);
Cursos e certificações: Power Point, Illustrator e Premiere, etc.
