Facility Technician

**What is the job about?**

Grundfos is seeking an experienced Facility Technician to maintain building and facility in a safely manner ensuring all preventive and corrective maintenance tasks which are done on time and in safe way. This position reports directly to the Divisional DBS EHS & Indjija Plant FEHS Senior Manager Serbia (Inđija).

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Conducting preventive and corrective maintenance tasks according to plan
- Cooperate with external contractors ensuring they perform tasks on a high level
- Maintain HVAC, energetic block, compressors, fire systems and all other facility systems, WWTP, BB
- Conduct smaller practical tasks linked to sewage, heating, water
- Actively use BMS, BIS and PME according to specifications
- Ensure that building is maintained safely, contacts external contractors, cooperate with onsite outsourced companies
- Deliver different technical information for building maintenance
- Actively use and act on any irregularity within BMS, BIS, PME systems
- Support EHS department with different analyze for ISO50001 and ISO14001

**Your background**:

- Electrical/Mechanical technician
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- English language
- Driving license
