**ABOUT THE TEAM**

The SAP HCM unit is responsible for the development and maintenance of the SAP Payroll product. Our solutions are used by thousands of customers to pay over 80 million people around the world. We are the leading provider in payroll software, and we want to keep this position as we transition from OnPremise to the Cloud.

**ABOUT THE POSITION**

This is a unique opportunity to work on an enterprise level product in OnPremise with S4HANA. The work comprehends consolidated technologies and best practices, such as ABAP, OO, Clean Code and SOLID Principles.

In this position, you will receive several opportunities for learning, career development and growth.

**What will you do**:

- You will work in an Agile team with the maintenance and development of the SAP Payroll product, which includes requirement analysis, solution design, code implementation, testing and other software engineering related tasks
- You will support and advise the product owner and management regarding technical and architectural feasibility, implications, readiness, and compliance
- You will coach and advise other colleagues and support the development of their technical skills
- You will work closely to colleagues from other lines of business and locations, external partners, and customers

**Job requirements**:

- Very good ABAP development skills, including a good understanding of architecture and coding best practices
- Very good analytical, architectural, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly understand business requirements
- Passion for agile software engineering
- Fluent English - written and oral
