Bachelor’s Degree; - Advanced data analysis skills (ability to extract and synthesize data in order to make data-backed business decisions); - Experience in Microsoft Excel in advanced knowledge; - Experience in SQL; - Advanced English and fluent Portuguese language skills. " Key job responsibilities - Manage and analyze performance metrics; - Supporting the development of sound business cases and driving measurements of actions to continuously improve on the inputs and ultimately the outputs of the business; - Work with large volumes and big data, in a highly complex business; - Work with business intelligence tools, access and working with big data from multiple sources, and partner with the business to identify strategic opportunities; - Build dashboards that can assist the team in decision-making; - Monitor data inconsistencies and collaborate with stakeholders to solve problems; - Support 3P operations daily, identify improvement opportunities, and manage business improvements; - Continuously seek to improve processes and unblock bottlenecks; - Communication with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers; - Generate and analyze reports; A day in the life - Experience in transportation and/or supply chain, Business Intelligence in segments like Operations, Manufacturing, Industry, E-commerce or something related; - Experience in Python.
