- Implementar medidas de cyber-segurança de acordo com as orientações do Roquette Group
- Fornece serviços de alto nível para colegas e clientes locais;
- Participar do gerenciamento de projetos (infraestrutura): etapas de pré-projeto e execução.
- Fornece suporte técnico à infraestrutura (hardware, redes, estações de trabalho, telefones, impressoras, servidores etc);
- Gerenciar ativos de TI (licenças, PCs, laptops, impressoras, contratos, compras etc.);
- Apoiar os negócios e gerenciar o suporte técnico de TI, seguindo os padrões do grupo;
- Executar configurações e alterações, quando necessário.
- Executar outras tarefas correlatas às descritas acima, a critério da organização e de acordo com a orientação do superior imediato.

Qualificações:

- Experiência na função
- Superior completo em áreas de estudo de tecnologia como Sistemas de Informação, Redes de Computadores ou outros.
- Inglês avançado
- Pacote Office, Sistema ERP, Internet, BPMN, PMI, Sistemas operacionais e redes.
